HAYS, Harold E. “Gabby”, age 88, of Kettering, passed away Wednesday, November 05, 2003. He was a milling machine operator for NCR . Gabby was a member of Faith Baptist Church. Survived by his wife, Violet; 2 sons, Byron Hays of Brookville and Dennis Hays of Kettering; daughter, Lois Hays of Centerville; and grandchildren, Shannon Haines and Britten Cooney, both of Miamisburg. Funeral services will be at 1:00 PM, Friday at the Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E. Stroop Rd., Kettering, with Rev. Gary Favor officiating. Burial in Miami Valley Memory Gardens. The family will greet friends in the funeral home one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Montgomery County Board of MR/DD, 5450 Salem Ave., Dayton, OH 45426-1450 or Faith Baptist Missionary Fund, 4215 Indian Ripple Rd., Beavercreek, OH 45430.
