James Edward Stephens

STEPHENS, James Edward, age 68, of Dayton, passed away on Saturday, December 13, 2014. James is preceded in death by his mother, Barbara Jean Stephens; uncle, James Robert Stephens; and son, D'arco Coatley Stephens. He is survived by his sons, Brandon Stephens and James Brockington; sisters, Janet (Herbert) Jennings and Cherry (Bobby) Butler; brother, Shawndale Stephens; grandchildren, Jahmira, Jeremiah, and DuJuan Stephens, and Shelby Rosser; several nieces and nephews; close friend, Sherrie Stephens; and longtime friends, Willie, Damion, and Charlotte, and many others too numerous to name. A memorial service will be held at 10:00am on Saturday, December 20, 2014 at Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 East Stroop Road, Kettering. The family will greet friends one hour before the service. The family would like to thank the staff at Miami Valley Hospital for their care and compassion.
