HUNSAKER, Jean Marilyn, age 91 of Kettering, Ohio died on July 18. She was a native to Madison, WI where she attended the University of Wisconsin. She was a member of Fairmont Presbyterian Church for over 50 years, a member of Progressive Mothers Club and a Volunteer at Miami Valley Hospital for 20 years. Jean was a Girl Scout leader in Ironton, Ohio where she and her husband Kay resided for ten years.
She is survived by her daughter Marilyn Wightmen (Greg) of Santa Fe, N.M., son Tom (Terry) of Springboro, OH., son Bob (Scarlett) of Miami, FL and daughter-in-law Vicki Hunsaker of Columbus, OH. Seven grandchildren; Ben, Meredith, Philip, Lee, Lauren, Kelly and David, Four great-grandchildren; Kinlee, Grace, Eva, Mia and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband of 70 years, Oral Kay Hunsaker, their son Bill Hunsaker of Columbus, OH and her sister, Mary Alice Schmitz of Madison, WI.
Family will greet friends from 10:00am-11:00am on Saturday, July 29, 2017 at Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E. Stroop Rd, Kettering, OH. A memorial service with Rev. Brian Maguire, Pastor officiating will follow at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the National Parkinson Foundation in memory of her husband or a charity of your choice.
