Jerry Lynn Young

YOUNG, Jerry Lynn, age 72, of Westerville, passed away on Monday, July 14, 2014. Jerry was born on December 20, 1941 in Perry County, KY to the late William and Mallie Young. He served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War and retired from the Combined Health District after 32 years. Jerry loved to boat and fish and will be remembered for his clever sense of humor and welcoming personality. He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Wanda; their children, Jason (Gina) Young and Stephanie (Jessica Lane) Young; and 2 grandchildren, Kai and Holt Young. The family would like to thank the staff of Ohio Health Hospice, the Kobacker House, and special family friend Anne for all their care and dedication. Family will greet friends from 11:00am-1:00pm on Thursday, July 17, 2014 at Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 East Stroop Road, Kettering with a funeral service at 1:00pm.
