Joseph Gregory Smith

Smith, Joseph Gregory 41, of Washington Township, died unexpectedly October 8, 2004. He was a 1981 graduate of Trotwood-Madison High School. Joe worked at ABF Freight System, where he was an extremely dedicated and much appreciated Regional Claims Prevention Manager. Joe was an intelligent, humorous, and caring man. He was preceded in death by his parents, Otto & Jean, and sister, Susie. He is survived by his loving wife and best friend, Julie, who will cherish his memory forever. Also, he is survived by his beloved brother and sister, Mike Smith and his wife Lori, and Jenny Tieman and her husband Larry. He will always be held dear by his Father-and Mother-in-law, William and Mary Loe, and their sons, Tony, Gary and Gregory. Also, he will be missed by nephews, nieces and many friends. A memorial service will be held Wednesday, at 7:00 PM at the Routsong Funeral Home, 81 N. Main St., Centerville. Family will receive friends from 5-7:00 PM at the funeral home. In memory of Joe, contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 8899 Brookside Ave., Ste. 102, West Chester, OH 45069.
