Kathleen Wallace

WALLACE, Kathleen, age 86 of Dayton, passed away Wednesday, July 1, 2020.

Kathleen was born December 15, 1933 in Hazard, KY to Beckham and Margaret (Cornette) Davidson. She was a member of North Central Baptist Church. A kind and loving soul, Kathleen made a career in the home care industry. She had a maternal and nurturing disposition, and was a second mother to many. Kathleen loved and adored her family. She was a proud mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Kathleen was outgoing and took the time to help anyone in need. She enjoyed traveling with her family, especially to her beloved home of Kentucky.

Kathleen is preceded in death by her loving husband, James P. Wallace Sr.; son, James P. Wallace II, brother, Charles B. Davidson, and her loving dog, Bailey. She is survived by her children, Deborah (Ronald) Flagg, Alice Wallace, Brenda (Ronald) Owens, Michael Glenn Wallace, and Vickie (Sean) Royster; 15 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; dear friend, Natalie Katz; and many other loving friends and family.

A visitation will be held Monday, July 6 from 11:00am-1:00pm at Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E. Stroop Rd., Kettering, with a funeral service to follow.
