TINLEY, Kim A., age 54 of Union City, OH, passed away on Tuesday, August 10, 2010. Preceded in death by her father, Lawrence Tinley and brother Andrew Tinley. Kim is survived by her mother, Shirley Chase; step-father, Charles Chase; sister, Ann E. Syllaba; nephew, Grant and niece, Holly.
