Lloyd William Stevens

STEVENS, Lloyd William (Bill) Jr., formerly of Battle Creek, MI and more recently of Springboro, OH passed away Wednesday, April 4, 2007 at Hospice of Dayton. Bill was an avid golfer, fisherman and enjoyed spending time with his family and grandchildren. He especially enjoyed attending his grandsons sporting events. Bill was a former member of the Battle Creek Country Club and the Mensa Society. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lloyd W. and Julie (Hanlon) Stevens, son, Michael Stevens and brother, Michael Stevens. He is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Carol Stevens; daughter Molly (Rob) Leary of Springboro, OH; granddaughter, Nicole (Kenny) Hicks of Battle Creek, MI; 3 grandsons, James Stevens, Ryan and Nicholas Leary; great-granddaughter, Kaelyn Hicks; brother, Dr. James (Jan) Stevens of Gainsville, FLA and several nieces and nephews. Mass of Christian burial will be held at 12:00 PM Tuesday, April 10, 2007 at St. Albert the Great Catholic Church, Kettering. Burial in Calvary Cemetery. Family will receive friends, Monday from 5-8:00 PM at the Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E. Stroop Rd., Kettering.
