LONG, Melinda,”Mindy” age 31, of Kettering passed away Thursday, August 7, 2003 at Kettering Memorial Hospital. Melinda was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Church. Survived by her parents, Larry (Pam) Long of Hide-Away Hills, OH and Bridget Long and Tom Breitenstein of Kettering; 2 sons, Jack Long and Shane Tobe and Shane’s father, Todd (Trisha) Tobe of Centerville; 2 brothers and sister-in-law, Sam (Jill) Long of Springboro and Max Long and fiancé, Amy Tucker of Kettering; maternal grandparents, Jim (Marie) Corbitt of Centerville, paternal grandparents, Harold (Edna) Long of Centerville; 1 niece, Samatha Long; 1 nephew, Riley Long; 10 Aunts and uncles, numerous cousins, and a host of friends. Funeral Services will be held, Monday, August 11, 2003 at 10:00 AM at the Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E. Stroop Rd., Kettering with burial in Centerville Cemetery. Family will receive friends Sunday afternoon from 2-5:00 PM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in memory of Mindy for Shane and Jack.
