MOORMAN, Norma Frances, age 80 of Centerville, passed away on Friday, September 25, 2009. Frances graduated from Versailles High School in 1947 and lived most of her life in Russia, Ohio where she worked for Russia Local School for 16 years and volunteered as a teacher of CCD classes at St. Remy's Church. She was President of UD Mother's Club for two consecutive terms and was a member of Church of the Incarnation in Centerville. Frances was a wonderful cook and baker. She took much pleasure in cooking for her family and having them gather together at her house. Her home was very special to her. She decorated it herself and enjoyed decorating in festive ways for various holidays throughout the years. She took pride in her outdoor flowers and enjoyed quilting, crocheting and playing cards. Preceded in death by her parents and her sister; former husband, Francis J. Moorman; and son, Gregory. Frances is survived by five children; Stephen Moorman, Cheryl McKinney, David (Mary) Moorman, Christopher Moorman and Pamela (Robert) Moorman-Broderick; grandchildren, David, Elizabeth, Francis, Mike, Sean, Joseph and Laurel; great-grandchild, Molly; and special friends, Marsha, Rose Mary, Gail, Mary, Janice and Stacy. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, October 2, 2009 at 1:00PM at Church of the Incarnation, 7415 Far Hills Ave. Centerville. A reception and celebration of life will follow the service at Routsong Funeral Home, 81 N. Main St., Centerville from 3:30 8:00 PM.
