Peter Fulton Riffle

RIFFLE, Peter, age 53, of Gary, Indiana passed away on Saturday, January 5th, 2013 in Dayton, Ohio. He was a graduate of Oakwood High School, class of 1977, and studied political science at the University of Cincinnati. As an avid gardener, he was a member of the Miller Garden Club in Miller, Indiana, a Master Gardener, and received his horticultural degree. He was a loyal Cincinnati Reds fan attending over 30 consecutive opening day games. Preceded in death by his parents, Sally Henn Riffle and H. F. "Pete" Riffle Jr. He is survived by his wife, Carol, of Gary, Indiana, brother, Randall and sister-in-law Susan and nieces Kelsey and Samantha of Augusta, Georgia, and by his faithful dog, Otis. A memorial service will be held at 10:00 on Friday, January 11, 2013 at Fairmont Presbyterian Church, 3705 Far Hills Avenue, Kettering. Family will greet friends following the memorial service at Marion's Pizza on the corner of Patterson and Shroyer in Dayton.
