Anjam "A.J." N. Khan

Anjam “A.J.” Najeeb Khan, age 57, went to be with the Lord unexpectedly on October 2, 2026.

He leaves behind four siblings; Asam, Imran, Ghazalah, and Rukhsana; and five nephews and nieces, Alden, Henry, Amira, Yasmina, and Gael. He was preceded in death by his parents Najeeb and Ghulam Khan.

Born on 16 July 1969, Anjam grew up in Dayton, Ohio until relocating in Kettering, where he remained. Anjam was a free spirit and a hard-working individual. He worked diligently at various jobs throughout his life and over the last several years worked doing some of the things he loved most.

A.J. had a deep love for golf, playing and improving his skill, and enjoyed working for Yankee Trace Golf Club. He enjoyed teaching whenever he had the opportunity and wanted to make a real difference, so he volunteered at The Kettering Optimist Club to help mentor youth. A.J. had an outgoing personality and his enthusiasm always showed. Anjam enjoyed being a fun uncle to his nieces and nephews and he will be greatly missed by his brothers and sisters and all who knew him.

Family will greet friends Friday October 16 from 12:00pm-1:00pm at Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E. Stroop Rd. Funeral services will begin at 1:00pm at the funeral home.
