Austin Korosei

KOROSEI, Austin, age 29, of Kettering, passed away June 1, 2023. He was born August 27, 1993 in Dayton, Ohio; the son of Timothy and Julie (King) Korosei. Austin is preceded in death by his grandparents, Joseph and Sylvia Korosei; granddad, Carl King, Jr.; grandpa, Ed Alexander; and uncle, Ken Korosei. He is survived by his parents, sister, Callie; brother, Logan; grandmothers Doris Alexander and Barbara King; aunts, Karen (Michael) Kairys, Arlene (Brent Meyers) King, Leslie (Matt) Sfura, Carla (Mark) Botschner, Vicky Korosei, and Jackie Korosei; uncles, Gary (Cris) King, Brian (Sharon) King, and Tom (Kim Dunn) Korosei; loving cousins, Jordan, Eliot, Anson, Raina, Emily, Mollie, Kayla, Dillon, Emma, Alys, Maddie, David, Josh, Sam, Aldous, and Nemue; and his precious dog, Maia.

Austin graduated from Kettering Fairmont High School in 2012. He was an incredible athlete and was involved with many sports. Austin loved Ohio State Football and going to games with his dad and brother. He loved animals, especially dogs, thunderstorms, cookouts, making people laugh, hanging out with his cousins and snuggling with Maia. Austin was passionate about music and loved sharing songs with his sister. He was the baby of the family and loved teasing his mom (only because he loved her so much). We will all miss Austin more than words can express, will always carry his memory with us and live life to the fullest in honor of him.
