Betty J. White

WHITE, Betty J., age 98, of Kettering, passed away Friday, July 1, 2022. She was born July 4, 1923 in Dayton, Ohio; the daughter of the late Robert S. and Caroline A. (Neff) Steele. Granny worked as an accountant for the Wright State University of Medicine for many years until her retirement. In her free time, she loved to collect teddy bears. Granny was kind, loving, and very observant of her family. What she loved most of all in life was being a grandmother and great grandmother. Granny will be dearly missed by her family. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Harold and sister, Elsie Powell. Granny is survived by her daughter, Barbara Dodd; grandson, Chad (Lynda) Dodd; and great grandson, Joshua Dodd. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 7, 2022 at 1:00 PM at Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E. Stroop Road, Kettering, OH 45429.
