Brian Christopher Hunt, 55, passed away on September 30, 2025.
He was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and carried throughout his life a deep love and devotion for his family and faith.
Brian proudly served his country in the United States Navy. His service reflected the same devotion, strength, and loyalty he carried into every part of his life.
A driven and successful entrepreneur, Brian poured his passion into everything he pursued. He also found joy in the outdoors, whether it was hunting, golfing or riding his motorcycle. Known as the life of the party, Brian was a true friend to everyone he met and had a gift for making people feel seen and loved.
Brian was blessed to share his life with Carla, his best friend and the mother of his children. Together, they built a family and a home filled with countless memories and enduring love that he always cherished.
Brian’s greatest blessing was his family. He loved being a dad and is survived by his children, Austin (Danielle) Hunt, Alexis (Matthew) Corsiglia, Amanda (Jared) Everidge, and Aaron Hunt, who will carry forward his love, wisdom, and humor. In recent years, his joy multiplied with the arrival of his grandchildren, Violet, James, and Leo, who brought endless light to his life. He also shared a special bond with his faithful dog, Nyla.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur and Sandra (Reith) Hunt, and his brother, Patrick Hunt. He is survived by his brother, Matthew Hunt.
Brian’s family invites guests to gather at Routsong Funeral Home in Kettering (2100 E Stroop Rd) from 6:00pm-7:00pm on Friday, October 10, to share memories and condolences. A celebration of his life will be held at 7:00pm at the same location.
Brian will be deeply missed. He had big shoes to fill and a personality that could light up any room. While his absence leaves a void, his love, his lessons, and his spirit will live on in those who knew him — Through them, his legacy of love, laughter, and devotion will continue.
