Burlon F Johnson

JOHNSON, Burlon F., age 87, of Miamisburg passed away June 19, 2008 at Southview Hospital. He was a longtime member of the First Baptist Church of Miamisburg and a former member of Far Hills Baptist Church where he was a volunteer. After retiring from Standard Register with 42 years of service, Burlon worked 11 years for Elder-Beerman. He was preceded in death by 1 brother and 6 sisters. Burlon is survived by his loving wife of 66 years, Frances Johnson; daughter, Darlene (Ron) Wood of Wilmington; 2 grandsons, Jeff Burga and Matt Wood and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM, Saturday, June 21st at the First Baptist Church of Miamisburg, 323 N. 11th St., Miamisburg. Family will receive friends Saturday from 9-10:00 AM at the church prior to the service. Burial in Miami Valley Memory Gardens Cemetery.
