(nee; Kniess) age 85 of Kettering died, Friday, October 5, 2001. She was a retired school secretary from Kettering City School System, and a member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church. Christine is survived by her husband of 60 years, Frank Wones; 2 sons and daughters-in-law, Jerry (Carol) of Greeley, CO and Robert (Betsy) of Cincinnati; Grandson and wife, Christopher (Kelly) of Mason, OH; Granddaughter and husband, Elizabeth (Travis) of Courtland, VA; Grandson, Brian of Greeley, CO; Grandchildren, Rebecca, Katherine, Teresa, Michael,and Daniel, all of Cincinnati;1 Great Grandson, Jacob of Courtland, VA: 2 Great Granddaughters, Kiersten and Jordanna, of Mason, OH; former daughter-in-law, Barbara Whitney (Richard) of Kettering, OH; sister and brother-in-law, Marie(Ray) of Spring Hill, FL; brother and sister-in-law, Robert (Pat) Kniess of Dunnellon, FL. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, October 8, 2001 at 11:00 A.M. in Good Shepherd Lutheran Church. Burial in David's Cemetery. Family will receive friends on Monday from 10-11:00 A.M. in the church.
