Clarence Jack Jones, Sr.

age 70 of Centerville passed away, Monday, October 8, 2001. He was a member of the Gathering Place Baptist Church. Clarence retired as a job setter in 1992 from Digitron after 14 years . He was preceded in death by his daughter Bonnie in 1966. Clarence is survived by his wife of 51 years, Betty Jones; 2 sons Clarence J., Jr., and his wife, Frances of Kettering and Daniel and his wife, Lucinda of Springboro; daughter, Juanita and her husband, Garland Newsome of Sardinia, OH; 7 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; 2 brothers, Robert Jones of Kettering and Harold Jones of Dayton; a sister, Louise Alexander of Newark, DE. Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 12, 2001 at 11:00 A.M. in the Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E. Stroop Rd, Kettering, OH, Pastor Dan Mullins officiating. Burial in David's Cemetery. Family will receive friends on Thursday from 5-8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
