ERNST, Clifton J. ''Jim'', age 81 of Centerville, died Friday, July 7, 2000. He was a graduate of Brookville High School in 1937 and was a veteran of WWII. Clifton retired from Krogers after 41 years and was a member of #1099 Retirees Club. Preceded in death by his wife, LaVeria; and a sister Ruth Shaw. Survived by 2 sisters, Rosemary Hillis of Clearwater, FL and Betty Carbonnel of Peoria, AZ; and a brother-in-law, Jack Shaw of Centerville. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 P.M., Monday in the Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E. Stroop Rd., Kettering. Burial will be in David's Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12:30-1:30 P.M., Monday in the funeral home. If desired, contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton, Inc., P.O. Box 3509, Dayton, Ohio 45401-3509.
