Coletia Anne Cusick

age 75, died on December 30, 2000, in Miami Valley Hospital. Anne was a loving wife and mother who devoted her life to the service of others. She was a graduate of the University of Wisconsin and a member of Delta Delta Delta Sorority. She was employed as a sales representative for 10 Wilmington Place. She was a member of St.Charles Borromeo Parish. Preceded in death by her husband John ''Jack'' in March, 2000. Anne is survived by mother Frances Brown of Centerville, OH; daughter Lynne and her husband, Joe Kowalski of Toledo, OH ; daughter Sue of Centerville, OH.; son John and his wife Penny of Columbus,OH; son Tim and his wife Colleen of Alamo, CA; six grandchildren Shea, Jon, Ryan, J.D., Tommy, and Kristen. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 AM on Thursday, January 4, 2001 in the St.Charles Borromeo Church. The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to the Mass. Burial at Calvary Cemetery will be private. Thank you, Anne, for your love, wisdom and laughter.
