Daphne E. Baker

BAKER, DAPHNE E. age 86 of Kettering passed away Saturday, February 22, 2003 at Bellbrook Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. Daphne was a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church for 53 years. For many years she was a volunteer at Miami Valley Hospital Gift Shop where she was recognized for 3000 hours of volunteer service. She was also a member of the order of the Eastern Star. Preceded in death by her husband, Roderick M. in 1966, a brother, Edward Craig and a sister Avanelle Pyle. Survived by her son, Ronald Baker and his wife, Geneva of Franklin, IN; daughter-in-law, Deborah Baker of Centerville and sister, Imogene Tinkle of Greenville, KY. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, February 26, 2003 at 1:00 PM at the Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E. Stroop Rd., Kettering. Burial in Woodland Cemetery.
