Dorothy F. Atkins

ATKINS, Dorothy F., age 89 of Dayton, OH, passed away on Monday, November 6, 2023. She was born on March 9, 1934 to the late John and Stella (Murdzia) Vanik in Bridgeport, PA. Dorothy graduated from Bridge Point High School and worked in the telephone business for several years. She was a devoted Catholic and was a long-time member of Holy Angels Church. In her free time, Dorothy loved quilting and gardening, and collected Precious Moments and Boyds Bears. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Paul; and sisters, Irene, Alice, Jeanie, Joanie. Dorothy is survived by her daughter, Susan (Tim) Storer and numerous nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00am on Wednesday, November 15, 2023 at Holy Angels Church, 1322 Brown St, Dayton. Inurnment at Calvary Cemetery at a later date.
