Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Goel

Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Goel, 61, of Dayton, Ohio, passed away on Friday, July 14, 2017 at his home. A celebration of life service will be held from 12:00-3:00 pm on Tuesday, July 18 at Cox Arboretum, 6733 Springboro Pike, Dayton, OH 45449. Sanjeev was born on Feb 10th, 1956 in Meerut, UP, India to Kamlesh and Parmanand Goel. He had two brothers, Vindak and Manishi. In 1982, Sanjeev married Renu in a beautiful ceremony in Delhi, India. Sanjeev was a very proud father to daughter, Sheenu, son, Nishu, and son-in-law, Rush. He was the most proud of his granddaughter, Arya. Dr. Goel started his dental education at Lucknow Dental School in India. He lived and worked as a dentist in New Delhi, India and in Saudi Arabia before moving to Cleveland, Ohio in 1989. Dr. Goel furthered his education at Case Western Reserve School of Dental Medicine and then moved to Dayton, OH in 1990 where he settled down. Dr. Goel was very passionate about his family, work, and life. He loved to travel and play golf and tennis, and he lived life to its fullest. Many people would describe him as larger than life because he was always the life of the party. Those who know him best know that he spent his whole life helping others and always giving back to those that needed it the most. He will never be forgotten and has built a beautiful and proud legacy for his family to follow.
