E. Lorraine Diorio

DIORIO, E. Lorraine (Shaw), age 94, of Kettering, passed away Monday, February 24, 2020 at Hospice of Dayton.

She was preceded in death by her parents Oscar W. Shaw, Sr. and Opal M. Kellet; husband, Sam Diorio; daughter-in-law, Carol Diorio; 2 sisters and 2 brothers. Lorraine is survived by her daughter, Debbie (Scott) Graham; sons, Steve Diorio, Sr. and Ron (Sandy) Diorio; grandchildren, Carly (Jim Herner) Graham, Steve (Pam) Jr., Todd (Kellie) Diorio, Scott Diorio, Jenny Diorio; and 8 great-grandchildren.

Lorraine was a graduate of Stivers H.S. class of 1943. She was a housewife all her adult life who loved antiquing, gardening, and her cat, Kitty.

The family will greet friends 2-4pm on Sunday, March 1, 2020 at Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E Stroop Rd, Kettering. A Funeral Service will be held the following morning, Monday at 10am at the funeral home.

The family would like to thank caregivers Keitha Bolender and Angie Klontz for their loving care of Lorraine during her illness and Hospice of Dayton for care in her final days.
