Edward Baranyi

BARANYI, Edward, age 100, passed away Tuesday, December 16, 2025. Dearly loved by wife Elenor Baranyi (deceased), married 75 years; beloved father of Richard, Dennis, and Joan; beloved grandfather of Kyle (Amanda), Tate, and Tara Redd (Donald); beloved great-grandfather of Brandon, Corey, Grace, Olivia, Mason, and Kendall; beloved daughters-in-law, Barbara and Sally. He proudly served his country as a Marine in World War II. Memorial Services will be held at 12:00pm Saturday, January 10 at Routsong Funeral Home, 81 N. Main St., Centerville, with family greeting guests one hour prior at the funeral home. Edward will be laid to rest at Miami Valley Memory Gardens in niche 3. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Ohio’s Hospice of Dayton, 324 Wilmington Ave., Dayton, OH 45420, or Dayton Children’s, 1 Children’s Plaza, Dayton, OH 45404.
