Evelyn Yvonne Cales

Evelyn Yvonne Cales, a beloved resident of Huber Heights, Ohio, peacefully departed this life on November 30, 2025, at the age of 95. Born on November 13, 1930, Evelyn lived a life rich in faith, family, and love.

Evelyn found great joy at Dale Hollow Lake, where she embraced the tranquility of nature through boating and cherished time spent with loved ones. She enjoyed watching Nascar and football. 

Evelyn was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Robert G. Cales, as well as her sons, Frank Cales, David Cales, Doug Cales and grandson Daniel Carmichael. She is survived by her daughters, Jan (Walt) Gray of South Carolina, Julie (Scott) Sowder of Centerville; granddaughters, Jessica Scheiffer, Lisa Cales, Jennifer Boyleston, and Laura Matalka; grandsons: Brian Cales and Brandon Reygarert.

Funeral services celebrating Evelyn's life will be held on Friday, December 5, 2025, at 11am, with a visitation from 10-11am. The family invites all who knew Evelyn to join them in honoring her legacy, at Routsong Funeral Home, 81 North Main St. Centerville, Ohio 45459. Burial at Miami Valley Memory Gardens.
