CECIL, Fred William, age 95, of Miami Township passed away on Thursday, May 3, 2012.
Fred retired in 1976 from NCR after 37 years of service. He was a founding member and President of Centerville Seniors at St. Leonard's, now called Hithergreen. Fred enjoyed cars, golf, and coaching little league teams.
Preceded in death by his wife, Betty; and his parents, Fredrick and Carrie Cecil. Fred is survived by his children, Connie (Paul) Hale, Richard (Pam) Cecil, and Cindy (Kirk) Deardorff; 5 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
Family will greet friends from 9:00-10:00am on Saturday, May 5, 2012 at ROUTSONG FUNERAL HOME, 81 N. Main Street, Centerville with services following at 10:00am. Burial following at David's Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Hospice of Dayton, 324 Wilmington Avenue, Dayton, OH 45420.
