Gladys M. Styron

STYRON, Gladys Mae, age 93, of Dayton, passed away on Tuesday, October 5, 2021. She lived in Dayton for fifty years. Gladys was a lifelong member of Memorial Presbyterian Church. After twenty-five years at Wright State University, she retired as Service Coordinator at the TV Center.

Gladys enjoyed giving her time and volunteering at a variety of places, such as drama theaters, hospitals, schools and church. She was an avid reader, appreciated art, music and traveling. Her motto was: "Live life to its fullest."

Gladys is preceded in death by her loving husband of forty­six years, George; her dearest son, Randall; and parents, Basil and Kathleen Linksweiler.

She is survived by close friends Janet Steinke of Lebanon, Lucille Comer of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Susan Prickett of Beavercreek, Max Jenks of Dayton, and Brenda (Rick) Harkless of Riverside.

A memorial service will be held at 1PM on Friday, October 15 at ROUTSONG FUNERAL HOME, 2100 E STROOP RD, KETTERING.
