DYKE, Gloria Elouise, age 73, of Kettering passed away on Monday, June 11, 2012.
Gloria enjoyed spending time gardening and fishing. In 1974, Gloria made "Mother of the Year" award from the Dayton Boys Club. She was funny and caring and enjoyed giving to her family, friends, and neighbors.
Preceded in death by her parents, William and Freda Marburger; and one great-grandchild.
Gloria is survived by her children, Cynthia Boone, Douglas (Sheryl) Dyke, Christina Vance, Joseph E. (Marilyn) Dyke, and Keith (Kimberly) Alan Dyke; 11 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren; and siblings, Shirley Burkett, William Marburger, Paul Marburger, Darlene Overhott, Ed Marburger, and Joann Gray.
