Gregory "Greg" J. Link

LINK, Gregory “Greg” J., age 45, of Kettering, passed away, January 29, 2024. He was born November 20, 1978 in Kettering, Ohio. Greg is preceded in death by his father, William J. Link. He is survived by his mother, Connie Link; brother, Brian (Laurel) Link; sister, Jennifer Link; nieces, Alison, Reagan, and Taryn; nephew, John; and many extended family members and friends. 

Greg graduated Alter High School in 1997, and attended the University of Cincinnati where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in political science. 

Greg loved being an uncle to his nieces and nephew. He was always present at family gatherings and all sporting events cheering them on. 

When he was not with family, Greg had a passion for reading as he was always learning and sharpening his mind any way he could. Greg would also be found watching professional soccer, and he shared this with his family. Greg especially loved his dog, Charlie, whom he taught to play soccer as well. 

Greg will be dearly missed by his loving family and friends as he shared so much with them throughout the years, He was a kind and generous man and has left an impact on all who knew him. 

A visitation will be held Sunday, February 11, 2024 from 1:00PM to 3:00PM at Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E. Stroop Road, Ketting, OH 45429. A mass will be held at 11:30AM on Monday, February 12, 2024 at Church of the Incarnation, 55 Williamsburg Ln, Dayton, OH 45459. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Hydrocephalus Association in memory of Greg.
