Gregory M. Burcham

Gregory M. Burcham, age 52, passed away November 19, 2022. He was born November 23, 1969 in Dayton, Ohio.

He is preceded in death by his father, Dennis Burcham. Greg is survived by his mother, Juanita (Gannon) Burcham and sister, Pamela Burcham.

He attended Wayne High School, Sinclair Community College, and Wright State University. Greg was in sales until he became ill.

Greg had a special attracting quality. He was a leader and loved by everyone who knew him. Greg brought the fun. The dance floor lit up when he was on it. The party was just a little better because he was in attendance. There was no lack of a good time when Greg was around. All the little kids knew- just wait, and he would pull a coin out of your ear. Greg’s larger than life persona will not be forgotten.

Greg loved sports. He was spinning a basketball on the end of his finger since he was a child. His competitive drive and natural talents made him a great athlete. He was the tether ball champ in elementary, a basketball star, and a fantastic tennis player.

In his last years, Greg endured health issues, but he never let his illness affect his spirit. His charm was shining through until his last days.

There are no words to describe how much he will be missed. It was an honor to know him.

A visitation for family and friends will be held Friday, November 25, 2022 from 12:00PM to 1:00PM at Routsong Funeral Home, Kettering, OH. A funeral service will follow at 1:00PM with Celebrant Brian Bennett officiating. Gregory will be laid to rest at Calvary Cemetery. A reception will follow after the burial at the funeral home.
