Harriet Ann Hayes
May 19, 1927 — September 19, 2001
age 74, of Kettering, passed away Wednesday, September 19, 2001. She was a 1945 graduate of Roosevelt High School. Harriet was a long time member of Church of the Cross United Methodist, an 11 year volunteer at Kettering Medical Center and a past president of Sigma Phi Gamma Sorority. Survived by her husband of 55 years, Raymond Hayes; daughter, Beckie Hayes; grandson, Martin Crawford; and brother, Gene Stegeman. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M., Saturday, September 22, at Church of The Cross, 3121 Wilmington Pike, Kettering, OH 45429, with Rev. John C. Whitaker officiating. The family will greet friends from 4:00 - 6:00 P.M., Friday, September 21, in the Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E. Stroop Rd.. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Church of the Cross United Methodist.
