JAMES, Harry ''Hank'', age 76, of Kettering passed away Sunday, July 2, 2000. He served in the Marine Corp. during WWII in the Pacific. Hank retired from the Cincinnati Children's Medical Center in 1985, where he was Associate Administrator. A church organist for 60 years, Hank was organist and choirmaster at St. George's Episcopal Church for 11 years and most recently at First Lutheran Church for 5 years, retiring last December. Survived by his wife, Ethel; 1 daughter, Carrie James, and husband, Stephen Altschul; 2 sons, Keith James and wife, Patti, Sandy James and wife, Jenny; 1 stepdaughter, Elizabeth and husband, Bruce Reger; 2 stepsons, Harry Kiefaber and wife, Beth, Clay Kiefaber and wife, Leslie; and 17 grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at 4:00 P.M., Wednesday, at St. George's Episcopal Church, 5520 Far Hills Ave., Washington Twp., with the Rev. Carol Hull officiating. In lieu of flowers the family requests contributions be made to Hospice of Dayton, P.O. Box 3509, Dayton OH 45401-3509. Arrangements by Routsong Funeral Home.
