Hugh F. Mcgilvery

MCGILVERY, Hugh F., Jr., age 80, of Centerville passed away Sunday, June 12, 2005 at Heartland of Centerville. He retired from NCR in 1988 after 46 years of service. Hugh was a member of the Church of the Incarnation. He was a charter member of the Milton Athletic Club and was a volunteer at Kettering Medical Center. Hugh was preceded in death by his brother, James McGilvery. He is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, June (Sims) McGilvery; daughter, Karen (Bill) Todd of Centerville; son; Daniel (Dawn) McGilvery of, FL; 4 grandchildren, Jessica (Mikhael) Djabrouhou, Justin McGilvery, Doug (Jennifer) Todd and Jennifer (Doug) Tobe ;1 great-grandson, baby Dylan Tobe; 2 sisters, Adele (Dwight) Hilgeford of Bellbrook and Mary (Dietrick) of Glagau of CA and 2 sisters-in-law, Katie Dierkers of Kettering and Shirley Andrews of SC. Special thanks to Dayton Heart Hospital for all of their care during his illness. A very special thanks to Heartland of Centerville for their loving care. Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:00 AM Thursday, June 16, 2005 at the Church of the Incarnation, Centerville. Burial in Calvary Cemetery. Family will greet friends Wednesday from 5 to 8:00 PM at the Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E. Stroop Rd., Kettering.
