Jacob "Fred" Weick

WEICK, Jacob “Fred” of Kettering, OH passed away Sunday, May 08, 2022. Fred was born July13, 1943 to the late John A. and Eloise (Campbell) Weick of New Orleans, LA. He was a graduate of Redemptorist High School and was educated at Southeastern Louisiana University.

He retired from the Berry Company after 34 years of service. He worked in the New Orleans, Louisville, Birmingham, and Dayton offices.

He is survived by his loving wife Shirley; a daughter and son-in-law, Deborah (Tony) Nelson; a sister and brother-in-law, Mercedes (Robert) Broyles; nephew, John (Lisa) Kovar and children; grandchildren, Troy Cecil (Abby) Real, Jr., Allison (Preston) Real, Savannah (Tyler) Real, Jesse Nelson, Joseph Nelson, and Jennifer Nelson; great grandchild, Jayden; and numerous extended family members and friends.

A visitation for family and friends will be held on Wednesday, June 1, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E. Stroop Rd., Kettering, OH 45429. A Celebration of Life will be held at 6:00 PM at the funeral home.
