Jimmie is survived by his best friend and beloved wife of 70 years, Wilma Joyce Isaacs Neuner. Their marriage was a beautiful testament to love, friendship, and lifelong devotion.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Theodore and Mae McGill Neuner; his brothers, Ted, Bill, John, and Charles; and his sisters, Wilma Hatcher and Charlotte Toller.

Above all else, Jimmie loved being with his family. He enjoyed bass fishing, woodworking, traveling, and following professional baseball, faithfully keeping up with his Cincinnati Reds and Florida Marlins.
Jimmie proudly served his country in the United States Army for two years during the Korean War. His life was also marked by a unique and heartfelt ministry through woodworking. Using his talents, he crafted wooden “Jesus” signs that he freely gave to countless individuals, churches, and groups over the years, touching many lives through this simple yet meaningful gift.
Jimmie will be remembered for his generous heart, his quiet acts of kindness, and his deep love for family, faith, and country.
