DICE, Jerry C., age 75, of Centerville, OH passed away on May 17, 2022. Jerry was born on May 15, 1947 to the late Robert and Phyllis (Swango) Dice, in Dayton, OH. He graduated from Centerville HS class of ’65 and was a lifelong Centerville resident. After graduation he attended the University of Cincinnati before graduating from Antioch College. He was also proud to serve his country in the National Guard. He was a lifelong salesman who started his career with SCM Allied Egry/Business Systems and later went to work for Video Jet Printing. Jerry was a member of the Agonis Club and past member of Sugar Valley Golf Club and Walnut Grove Country Club. He also volunteered at Kettering Medical Center.
Throughout his life Jerry was a lifelong sports fan, and could often be found playing a tennis match with friends or watching football; but above all he loved golf and was always enjoyed being out on the course. Jerry passed on his love for sports to his kids and grandkids, even coaching numerous little league baseball and select soccer teams over the years.
Jerry was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Robert Dice Jr. He was also preceded in death by his beloved cat, Joe and dog, Lucky.
Jerry is survived by his loving wife of 51 years Barbara Dice; children Jeffrey (Nikki) Dice and Erin (Todd) Steinemann; grandchildren, Jacob, Hannah, Lucas, and Drew; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
Family will greet friends 4-7PM on Thursday, May 26 at Routsong Funeral Home, 81 N. Main St., Centerville. A funeral service will be held the following day at 10AM at David’s Mausoleum, 4600 Mad River Rd., Kettering.
