Kathryn Wright Stephenson

STEPHENSON, Kathryn Wright, age 83, of Dayton, passed away Saturday, June 10, 2023. She was born May 12, 1940 in Washington Court House, Ohio; the daughter of the late Ben and Virginia (Loomis) Wright. Kathryn is preceded in death by her son, James and brother, Jerry Wright. She is survived by her children, Bob (Chris) and Betsy (Peter) Glista; grandchildren, Madeline (Joe) Daly, Henry (Amanda) Stephenson, Frank (Mace) Stephenson, and Genevieve Glista; great-grandson, John Stephenson; sister, Julie Wright; niece, Amanda Flowers; and numerous extended family members and friends.

Kathryn was a member of the Washington Court House Blue Lions Marching Band during high school and was a graduate of Good Samaritan School of Nursing where she earned her RN degree. She cared for many patients throughout her career as a nurse. What Kathryn loved most was spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 16, 2023 at 11:00AM at Calvary Cemetery, 1625 Calvary Ave, Dayton, OH 45409. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made out to Otterbein Senior Life in memory of Kathryn, https://otterbein.org/donate/
