age 86, of Kettering, passed away Friday, April 28, 2006. She was a member of Central Christian Church for many years and shared her gift of quilt making with the church’s quilting group. Madeline retired from the credit department of Sears & Roebuck. Preceded in death by her parents, Leo and Agnes Thompson; brother, John Thompson; sisters, Mary Horton and Lee Gibson; brother, James Robert Thompson. Survived by her husband, William Lloyd Warren, of 65 years; son, John Warren and his wife, Janet Eilber; grandchildren, Madeline and Eva all of Los Angeles, CA; sister-in-law, Dees Thompson; beloved nephew, Bob Thompson and his family, and a devoted nephew and friend Ennis Warren. Family and friends will always remember Madeline for her devotion to her husband; her loving pride in her son and his family; her outstanding homemaking ability; her matter-of-factness; her sense of duty, her concern for others. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, May 3, 2006 at Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E. Stroop Rd., Kettering with Rev. David P. Turner officiating. Burial in David’s Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 10-11:00 AM, Wednesday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Christian Children’s Fund, 2821 Emerywood Parkway, Richmond, VA 23294.
