Marty Shipley, 53, of Dayton, Ohio, born November 11, 1972 in Cincinnati, Ohio, passed away on July 20, 2026. Marty was a devoted father, loving son, and cherished brother. A proud patriot, he carried a deep love for his country throughout his life and was known for his quiet strength, loyalty, fun-loving and social nature, and his generosity with family and Friends.

An avid nature lover, Marty especially enjoyed traveling to the beach and the mountains, hiking, his love of playing baseball, and was an animal lover with many special pets over the years. He was cherished by many friends who loved him dearly and remembered for his devotion as a friend.

Marty is survived by his mother, Melanie Giordullo Shipley; his daughter, Gianna Rose Shipley; and his brother, Matt Shipley, along with many loving family members. He was preceded in death by his father, Martin O. Shipley.
