Michael D. "Mike" Logsdon

Logsdon, Michael D. “Mike”, age 49, of Dayton, OH, passed away on Saturday, May 6th, 2023. Mike was born on May 22nd, 1973 in Port Charlotte, FL. He attended Centerville High School. Mike has always had a love for sports, especially NFL football. His favorite team was the Baltimore Ravens. He could name every player on the team. If you were ever in the car with Mike, he always took over the radio and volume. He knew a lot of lyrics, and if you were close to him, he would even beatbox for you. He always wanted to have a good time, and had a way to make you laugh or put a smile on your face. Mike loved spending time with his family. He enjoyed going to his grandparents’ (Al and Hazel Hanner) house, and had a very special bond with his grandmother. Mike loved going to the beach and traveling with his mother, Suzette. He was always protective over his sister Jill, as she was for him. He enjoyed helping his step-dad Bob out with mattress deliveries, and they always bounced humor back and forth while doing so. Mike’s pride and joy were his nephew, Ross and nieces, Brooke and Josie. He was the uncle to pass the ball, be a personal jungle gym, or a pool buddy for hours. He loved going to their sporting events. Mike also loved spending time with friends and meeting new people. He had a contagious laugh, a great sense of humor, and amazing hugs that will be missed dearly. Private family services will be held.
