Nellie Marie Ankrom

age 93, of Kettering, passed away Monday, February 17, 2003 at Hospice of Dayton. Nellie was a long-time member of Westminster Presbyterian Church. She worked for Rike-Kumler and Precision Rubber. Preceded in death by husbands Cecil E. Jenkins and Albert D. Ankrom; son Charles 'Gene' Jenkins; brothers Harry, Albert, Chris and John Kroplin; sister Hilda Kroplin. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Jerry Jenkins and Ruth Scott; 5 granddaughters, Colleen Cassel, Cathy Howell, Cheryl McGarry, Deborah Jenkins and Karen Jenkins; 11 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren and a host of special family members and friends. Funeral services will be held Thursday, February 20, 2003 at 11:00 AM at the Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E. Stroop Rd., Kettering, with Rev. Kay Davis-Dudding officiating. Burial in Polk Grove Cemetery, Vandalia, OH. Family will receive friends Thursday from 10-11:00 AM at the funeral home.
