Paul Hezlett

HEZLETT, Paul M. Sr, age 84, of Centerville, passed away at St. Leonards Health Care Center on August 11, 2017. Paul was born on March 19, 1933 in Boston, MA to Edward and Gertrude Hezlett. He most recently resided in St. Augustine, FL for 25 years. Prior to that he lived in Jacksonville, FL, Enfield, CN, and Woodridge, IL. He was employed as a safety engineer with Travelers Insurance for over 20 years. Paul was active in the First United Methodist Church in St. Augustine for many years with St. Alive Saints and volunteering. He enjoyed fixing and learning how things operated. Paul is survived by his wife Barbara Hezlett (Bass) of 61 years; daughter, Laurie (Percy) Mitchell; son, Paul M. (Janett [Alonso]) Hezlett Jr; brother, Edward H. (Sybil) Hezlett; grandchildren, Nathan, Ashton, Madeline; numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. All services will be private.
