Phyllis Caramay Lucas

LUCAS, Phyllis Caramay, age 93, of Washington Township, passed away Sunday, April 3, 2022. Phyllis was a graduate of Fairmont High School class of 1947. She was an active member of Normandy United Methodist Church since the early 1960s. At Normandy, she was a part of the women’s fellowship and participated in the Christmas bazaar. Phyllis enjoyed many hobbies including sewing, ceramics and painting. Back in the 1970s, she and her husband, Dale, were avid square dancers.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Dale; and brothers, Richard and Don Wright. She is survived by her daughters, Vicki Minamyer (Ralph), Connie Schwartz (Steve), and Sherry Carnahan (Tom); sons, Rob and Jay Lucas; 9 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held 10-11AM on Tuesday, April 12 with service to start immediately following. Interment is at Miami Valley Memory Gardens, Centerville, Ohio.
