Phyllis R. Martin

MARTIN, Phyllis R., age 61, of Dayton, passed away Monday, February 22, 2021. Phyllis was a loving, devoted mother and grandma. She worked for Premier Heath as a Billing and Coding Specialist. Phyllis was very dedicated to and proud of her family and her job. She will be truly missed. Phyllis is survived by her three children, Raymond, Andrea, and Melissa (Lyle); seven grandchildren, Lily, Julia, Vanessa, Kamea, Ethan, Olivia, Maddy, and her cat Oscar.
