ROHLFS, Richard Carl "Rick", age 56, passed away on Tuesday, July 10, 2012.
Preceded in death by grandparents Otha Crews and Dorothy Crews. He is survived by his mother, Phyllis Ashurst, father, Richard Rohlfs, sister, Cheryl Frost, brother-in-law, Craig Frost, and nephew, Justin Frost.
A funeral service will be held at 3:00pm on Sunday, July 15, 2012 at ROUTSONG FUNERAL HOME, 2100 East Stroop Road, Kettering with visitation following until 7:00pm. The family would like to thank all the kind staff at Wellington of Dayton for their care and compassion.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, 501 St Jude Pl., Memphis, TN 38105.
