Richard Eugene Siefer, 82, of Centerville, Ohio, passed away on April 5, 2026. Born April 14, 1943, in Dayton, Ohio, he was the son of Winfield and Doris (Huston) Siefer. A graduate of Patterson High School (1961) and Ohio University (1965), Richard was a Certified Public Accountant and longtime Controller.

He is survived by his wife of nearly 60 years, Elyn (Speelman) Siefer; his brother, Donald Siefer; his sisters-in-law Suzi Speelman and Merry Moore; his children, Shane (Trish) Siefer, Audrey (Patrick) Krupinski, and Brett (Alison) Siefer; and nine grandchildren (Blaise, Caden, Cole, Blake, Declan, Elias, Ainsley, Drew and Alexander).

A private graveside service for immediate family will be held. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or Shriners Hospitals for Children.
