BOEHM, Robert C., of Centerville passed away on July 15th 2013.
Robert was born in Cleveland, Ohio in 1913. He graduated from Case Institute of Technology with a Masters Degree in Metallurgical Engineering. Robert was a Quality Control Engineer at AC Williams and Wellman Garfield Alloys Foundries.
He served as past president of the Cleveland Chapter of the Society for Non-Destructive Testing and was a life time member of the Foundry Men's Society. Robert was a member of Phi Kappa Tau Fraternity and Theta Tau Honorary Fraternity. He lived in Centerville, Ohio for the past 28 years and was a member of Centerville United Methodist Church. Robert was one of the originating members of Seniors Inc. where he served as a volunteer in establishing a bridge group. He continued as an active member of bridge groups at Hithergreen Senior Center.
Robert is survived by his son, David Boehm of Medina, OH; his daughter, Bonnie Sekely of Centerville, OH; and five grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
A private family service will be held at a later date.
