Robert E. ''Bob'' Stephens

age 81 of Traverse City, Michigan, formerly of Dayton, died Thursday, Feb. 22, 2001. He was a graduate of Ohio State University with a mechanical engineering degree. Bob was a lifetime member of the Society of mechanical Engineers; Millennium Lodge #779 F.&A.M., Scottish Rite Valley of Dayton, and the Dayton Victoria Chapter #125 O.E.S. Preceded in death by his parents, Charles T. and Eleanor Stephens. Survived by his wife of 59 years, Imogene; a daughter Jane McManus and her husband, Ted of South Boardman, MI; a son John Stephens and his wife Dee of Lansing, MI; a granddaughter, Jennifer Stephens of Lansing, MI; and several cousins. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M., Monday in the Routsong Funeral Home, 6 Oakwood Ave. at Irving. Burial in Green Mound Cemetery, New Madison, Ohio. The family will receive friends from 12-1:00 P.M., Monday in the funeral home.
