Robert Russell Ball

BALL, Robert R., age 85, of Kettering passed away Tuesday, February 17, 2009. He was a member of Central Christian Church. Bob retired from Ohio Bell after 42 years and recently worked for H&R Block. He was a member of the Telephone Pioneers and Sugar Valley Golf Club. Bob was a United States Navy Veteran who served proudly during WWII. Bob was preceded in death by his wife, Beverly Ann Ball; parents, William and Helen Ball, one brother and one sister. He is survived by his son, Kenneth (Sandy) Ball; daughter, Kathleen Ball; granddaughter, Kathryn Ball and sister, Faye Greenwood of Youngstown. Family will receive friends Monday, February 23, 2009 from 1-3:00 PM at the Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E. Stroop Rd., Kettering. Condolences and other remembrances may be sent to www.routsong.com.
